TRAVEL GUIDE

What to do in Buraydah?

During your stay in Buraydah, you will have the opportunity to take a tour of the handicraft center, between the vegetable market and the Khadim al-Haramayn al-Sharifayn mosque. In the stalls, you will find all kinds of typical objects. It’s the perfect place to stock up on memories. Nearby, the Rasheed Dome (old market), the souks of gold and bishts (traditional clothes worn by men) also offer you some lovely finds. Further south, “Date City” is home to the largest date festival in Saudi Arabia each year. Our hotel close to King Khalid Park is also the starting point for an interesting visit to the Buraydah Museum. A large collection of ancient works of art, including some bequeathed by King Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud, is on display. Another must-see in Buraydah, the King Abdullah national park is a pleasant destination combining calm and freshness, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
